What we do
My clients are smart aggressive high net worth individuals and professionals, innovative entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses. I advise on all aspects of their businesses both legal and other. At times I maybe advising a client on their acquisition of a new office building and at other times I may be assisting them in negotiating a shareholders’ agreement. I come from an entrepreneurial family and understand what makes a business and their principles tick. I understand the hardships and triumphs of business and am able to use this knowledge to advise clients in their legal matters.

Negotiated the Supply and Services Contract for a Canadian Company contracted to setup a Internet Service Provider for Government in Middle East (25 million CDN$)
Acquisition of a large Industrial Property in Mississauga from a Publicly Listed Auto Parts Manufacturer
Advising on the purchase of various commercial properties including Office Buildings, Retail Plazas and Gasstations
Ongoing retainer to advise international Radiology and Medical Laboratory Operator in mergers and dispositions
Ongoing retainer for a GTA based junior discount department store
