Karen has been practicing law with Merwar Lawyers since 2005 and is part of the Business Law and Corporate groups. She acts for entrepreneurs, small to medium sized enterprises, lenders and commercial landlords on small to large commercial transactions.

She has represented clients across many different industry sectors including pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial & industrial real estate, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, cannabis, finance, IT, and transportation and logistics.

Karen holds an LL.B. (Hons) from University of London, and a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (Canada). Karen was also admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1996 and practiced in Malaysia for a few years in the areas of commercial law and real estate law.

Karen is multilingual and can provide legal services in English and Malay.
